</strong>Donation of $650.  Sponsorship  includes a foursome, and a sign with your name at a hole.   </p>
<p><strong>Birdie package:<br />
</strong>Donation of $100 and a Major  Prize.  Sponsorship includes a sign with your name at a hole.  <font size="3">(Major prizes include golf club, golf bag, etc.) </font></p>
